If you would like a one twelfth figure, This Quiet Life ( you will need a password to access this- please e mail us- ) has many illustrations of dummy boards we can paint for you. Alternatively should you wish to commission a completely new miniature figure, please email us at PastMastery with a photograph. Perhaps you have a treasured item you might want to record on canvas. All that's needed is a good photograph, and you can have an individually created work of art personal to you, that will enhance your home for years to come. You can even have your own face, whole head, or that of a loved one, painted onto a figure and costume of your choice. We can paint you life sized, slightly less than life sized or NOW you can have your face painted into any costume IN MINIATURE! We need a good, clear portrait photograph(s) that you are happy to be painted from and you will have a unique work of art that is especially yours. Sizes, colours and costumes can be tailor-made to suit you but you need to think carefully about the sort of costume you would like to be seen in.( see Frequently Asked Questions at the bottom of this page ). You Participate in the Process! When you have decided on the size of figure you would like us to make for you and the costume and colours you would like to be dressed in, you will be asked for a deposit. Painting will then begin and you will be emailed a photograph of the head and face for your approval.This also applies to the miniature figure PastMastery may be painting for you. Then PastMastery will go on to do the underpainting of the rest of the figure. A second photograph will be sent to you so that you can make changes, if you wish, to how the picture looks, to the costume or the colours. The painting will then be finished and a third photograph will be sent by e mail and the final payment requested before despatching your completed figure with its stand, to you. You will be informed of the despatch date and your photograph(s) will also be returned to you. In this way you will be completely happy with your bespoke PastMastery dummy board figure- large or small. All these paintings are done in oils and have a certain drying time. Hopefully your paintings/figures will be despatched to you within 50 days of order but should there be any delay for any reason you will be kept informed. If you have a special date in mind (perhaps a birthday?) please let PastMastery know in good time. PastMastery will endeavour to accommodate you. All prices quoted are plus carriage. Each figure/painting is unique and therefore the weight is variable. You will be informed of the cost of carriage as soon as the item is completed.
